Hi ..

I need to inform you regarding the Service related problem in Hyderabad.

I purchased Flyte last year from the local dealer SURYA WHEELS (SR.Nagar). None of the Services the bike needs, this showroom has addressed properly. It is like, whenever I asked for Service they respond only after two working days. If that is questioned, the answer from the people working there was very reckless.. One of them saying that they dont care even if they lose the job because of my complaint. I dont think this is the way to respond to a Customer.

I know that, my complaint will not be taken care of. But just felt responsible, so that others wil not suffer..
