Charging Excess Amount

In reference to the subject cited above, we are hereby inform you that M/s. Ravindra Automobiles, a Kinetic Dealer (Final Plot No. 199 (A), Dr. Ambedkar Road, Panvel - 410 206, Dist. Raigad) has cheated us by charging extra amount on repairing of a Kinetic Scooter (Vehicle No. MH-05/Y-5866). On 27/09, he had given me the estimate of Rs. 4, 767.00 for repairing of my vehicle. I approved the estimate and given Rs. 3, 000/- as an advance and agreed to pay the balance amount against delivery. But when i approached to collect my vehicle on 11-10, the estimate was increased to Rs. 6, 464/- which was not agreed. So, I request you to please register an cheating case against the mentioned dealer for charging excess amount without taking the consent or approval from the party.
