No response to any of my complaints

I am smrutirekha sahoo having mobile no.8010987474.I have given Rs.911 through online sbi ON 25TH DEC to participate in the contest:91.1 Gram Gold. But I've not received any confirmation mail regarding this, credits are also not shown in my 100bestbuy account and my money has been deducted from my sbi account. I am also unable to buy anything from this site.so please help me to get back my money or cofirm my participation.please help me out of this problem as quick as possible. I have mailed them several times & talked several times to register a complaint but still i have not got any response.it's already about 15 days, but they don't have any response.
