Issue with Passenger name change

I had booked for a kingfisher flight from Bangalore to London for December 20th on my wife's name thru Kingfisher online where i hold an account in Kingfisher website.
I very appropriately entered all details of the passenger, in this case my wife's name, her passport number, meal preference, seat preference, etc; and used my citibank credit card to pay.
After the payment went through, the confirmatioin of the e-ticket indicates my name as passenger instead of my wife's name.
This is a system error and i have been raising this issue in the last couple of days via emails to various kingfisher email address and have not got a response. I have escalated this to the chairman of kingfisher as well.
This is a return ticket between Bangalore and London and i do not wish to cancel this. My only request is to have the passenger name corrected to the appropriate passenger name.
I have been refused correction, refund, cancellation. I have been asked to forget the 35, 000INR i paid by the Kingfisher customer care
