Extremely shabby behaviou

I had a confirmed ticket NSKZCL for Hyderabad from Delhi on 3rd Nov by IT 0812 AT 15.15. I reached the airport well in time, and I stood in the queue for check in for more than 30 mins. When I reached the counter I was told by the person that my flight had been cancelled. I was also told two BLATANT LIES, one that I had been sent an email about the matter and that they had tried to contact me on my mobile which was switched off. This was at 14.00. They told me that an alternative flight would be arranged. At 14.30I was told that Spicejet 15.00 flight had seats available. I was doubtful whether I could get tickets 30 mins before departure. They assured me I would. I had to go to Terminal IB which was a twenty minute walk. NO help was provided other than a man to push the baggage cart. Obviously Spicejet would not sell a ticket 10 mins before departure time. Finally, on my own, I got a Jetlite flight at 18.30. Another passenger Mr. Bharat Narang suffered the same fate. I wish to express my total contempt for the despicable people running and staffing that airlines and I wish civilized behaviour permitted me to use stronger words, Mr. Mallya.
