I had a confirmed ticket NSKZCL for flight IT 0812 from Delhi to Hyderabad on 3rd Nov. at 15.15. I reached the airport well in time. I had to stand in the queue for checkin for about 30 mins. When I reached the counter at 14.00 I was told that my flight had been cancelled. They told two LIES, one that I had been emailed about this and second that my mobile had been switched off. This was at 14.00. I was asked to wait till they arrranged an alternative flight. At 14.30 I was told that a Spicejet flight was leaving at 15.00. I was doubtful whether I could catch as there were only 30 mins. to go. They assured me I could. My kingfisher ticket was cancelled. I had to go to Terminal I B. which was a difficult twenty minute walk. NO assistance other than a man to push the baggage cart was given. Naturally Spicejet would not sell a ticket 10 mins before the departure time. I had to go on a Jetlite 18.30 flight which I arranged on my own. Another passenger Mr. Bharat Narang suffered the same fate. I wish to express my contempt for the despicable people running and staffing that airlines.
