Flight Delay

Hi

My name is karthik and I would like to lodge a complaint against Kingfisher Airlines. I was supposed to travel on 11 July to Delhi from Chennai by King Fisher Airlines IT 231 which was scheduled to depart by 06:45 am. This flight got delayed and it is rescheduled to 10:00 am and this reschedule is intimated on 11th Morning at this time . 01:00 am. I have the sms in my mobile for Proof of delivery of the message. This is really pathetic where announcement or changes come 5 hrs before the departure. Becuase of this iam missing by Brother in laws marriage in Delhi. I called the King fisher airlines now and they did not give a reply and they said that may be the concerned department would have missed announcing. Adding to this I was supposed to return by 08:15 pm flight from Delhi back to chennai along with my small Kid and wife and my father. The call center guy tells me that even that flight is rescheduled from 08:15pm to 09:25 pm on 12th July for which today is 11th and i have not got any information. This is really Pathetic. Iam mentally very upset on not making up to my brother in laws marriage. Moreover my Wife is worried as she is not able to attend her own borther marriage because of the late intimation from the KF airlines.
