Executive Lost my loan file

Dear Sir/Maam,

This is realy pathetic and horrible to tell you that I have submitted my papers for the two wheeler loan to your executive in Bhubaneswar, Master Canteen Branch. Your Executive have taken all the papers and confirmed me that your loan is ready for approval and then they didn't revert back. I tried to call them but they don't pick up my call. There Assistant said that they are always busy. After 02 week they said the staff who went for verification, he met an accident and lost your file. When I enquired nothing such happened to him. On top of that they said don't call our manager, we will come to your resident and take the papers once again. Again I heard that they have lost one more file of a person. See Iam also in a service industry if your staff will give such type of service then Iam sorry to say that your business will not run. Now please I want back my all important documents immediately.
