Kingfisher Airlines announced their new Partnership with Vogue India magazine on 12th March. In the promotional offer, they sent out communication that with 2, 000 King Miles, 1 year subscription Vogue India magazine can be taken up. However, later they sticked to the point that 10, 000 King Miles are required in King Club account. Despite sending them numerous communications and their original offer details, they didn't bother to do anything.
How can a company like Kingfisher change their terms and conditions so dynamically to fool around people.
