No Refund for cancellation of booked tickets

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the cancellation refund with kingfisher airlines and its been 70days till now I have not got a refund for amount fo 5250Rs. Below is the complaint details:

1.Tickets booked for Vizag to Tirupati on 10th Aug.

2.Cancellation Placed over a phone on 10th Aug (and call center agent confirmed through a mail that I will be eligible for refund of 5250Rs within 14 business days)

However as of today its more than 2 and half months and still I did not get my refund back on my ICICI credit card though I have been charged interest on the card. I have made several attempts to find out why I did not get my refund till now through phone and email and no one even has courtesy to respond to my mails.

I am really sick and tired of running behind them as I cant leave my work and run around their offices.

So need some help with this case.
