Kinley mineral water
Efund of deposite

I started buying kinley water from M/S ESSAR ENTERPRISES, 39 A Kalighat Road KOLKATA-700025,

by paying a deposite of 700/= aGAINST TWO Seprate bills,

due to lack of supply and proper costumer support since december I have descided to quit the useage of this companys

mineral water, when approached for refund, the dealer says he will cutt 3% cost usage, which I think is unfair and never heard off,

Now he has started to turn is deaf ear to our calls and not willing to pay back, as the time passes he will

not pay us the deposite,

please help what to do?
