Kinley water
Improper supply & rude behavio

If soneone concerned reads this, I trust, it would be of great help to many. I took a Kiney water connection from Kinley's authorized distributor in Geeta Colony (as per the address given by Mr. Varun Kashyap of Kiney). It is with utmost repeat utmost regret I mention here that the supply was never on time. The supplier resides at 13/255 Geeta Colony behaves extremely rude whenever I question him of the inordinate delay in supply. To the latest instance, I called him at 09.03.2009 to supply water, but to my surprise, after 3 days he did not turn up. When I called him up again on 12th, he told me that he is short of people to supply the water and it would take another two days to get the water delivered at my place. On my reminding him again on 14th, he told me that his delivery boys were yet to come and that I could collect the water from his place. Accordingly I went there to collect the water bottles only to see the locked premises. Upon calling him to check about the water, he simply told me that I was late by 2 hours and that I should come on Monday, the 16th to collect the water. Till the time of writing this, he has not delivered the water. Moreover, he was abusive at certain occasions. If the Great Coca-Cola sees this, for the brand's sake, please, please repeat please do something.
