FAN of this chimney do work properly & Generate Large noise&-just bogus things

On 30th April i ordered a KINNOVA KITCHEN CHIMNEYS model name UNIQUE BK. The technician came and installed this product into my kitchen. From yesterday (2nd MAY) one of the FAN of this NEW KINNOVA CHIMNEY (Unique BK) didn’t work. Also the chimney generates a HEAVEY LOUD NOISE. Now I realize that I make a big blunder.
