Non dues Clearance & Experience lette

I was working with Kiran Udyog Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 32, Sec.-3, IMT Manesar, Haryana. From 11.12.06 to 10.07.08. Till that date company has not given me any confirmation letter & at the time of appointment, company had given me a appointment letter in which it was clearly written that till you will not received in writing for confirmation you will be treated as a probationer & during probation time you can leave the company with one day notice & vice versa.

I had submitted my resignation with ten days notice period which was accepted by the company.

But when I asked for my dues clearance & experience letter HR executive refused to give by saying that you have not given One month notice to company & you have to submit eight thousand rupees.

When I inform all this issue to HR HEAD (Mr. T.S.Bedi) by mail: tsbedi@kiranudyogindia.com, that if you will not clear my dues I will go legally then company represents a confirmation letter with Dated 11.06.07 with my fake acceptance signed. This confirmation letter was signed by Mr. T.S. Bedi as a signing authority but till that date Mr. T.S.Bedi was not joined this company.(ref. Date 11.06.07).

So now I want from Company to clear my dues with the compensation of my mentally harassments of last approx six months.
