The Cooperative housing society has made it mandatory to pay for Cable TV charges irrespective of the need. The cable TV recepetion is very poor. I informed the Managing Committe I do nto want the Cable TV since the poor reception is harming the helath. Still the Society is charging me for the Cable TV and also Panel Interest is levied on the payment not made for Cable TV.
