Wanted Broadband Connection

I know that the airtel is the no 1 servicers in broadband connections. I called your representative and asked for that connection. There is a airtel box very near to me home. But it is in fault condition. I asked the representative to check the fault and to give me a new airtel broadband connection at perambur. But he said that it is not possible to clear the fault in my area. I don't know why. Because of that I have been forced to use reliance broadband connection. Let you know that because of this you have loosed one customer now and it may increase day by day to hundreds.

But I am not satisfied with reliance broadband services. But I have given payment to them for three months. And I wish to have your connection after that 3 months. Please kindly read this complaint and take action for this and rectify the fault in my area and give me new airtel connection.
