No reply from my service branch

Dear Sir,

I have been requesting my branch manager from past one month to return me a cheque for my account which has been dishounored by my party and they have a reply to this regard that the concerned bank is not returning the cheque back to them so because of that they are unable to give me. Sir my plea to you is this to please take some action on them so that i can get my cheque back as soon as possible because i have filed a suit against the said party and have to present the cheque before court and my branch manager is not at all showing any sort of strict result to my plea.
