Respected Sir,

I just want to inform you that i am a regular costomer of subhiksha store darya ganj.

My card no is DL1000016191 named vishal nanda. I had bought some goods from your store dated 02/08.

When i pay the bill then i asked for about free gift with kissan tomato ketchup. Then the answer is that the free gift with this item is not available.

and we are offering you another gift. You can take any kind of free gift. we are giving you so many options. But i said to the branch manager named Wasim Ahmed

That i donot want anything you just provide me the actual gift. Then he said to me that we are writing on your bill that the gift is pending & you will collect after

four days.

I said yes, OK.

After four to five days i go to subhiksha but they told me that free gift of kissan sauce is not available. because "company se nahin aaya"

We will provide you after 10 days. I said OK.

After 10 days i goto the store to collect my gift then they said to me that "Gift hamare pass hamare head office se nahin aaya.

After 1 month & 2 days i donot have any gift they are not giving the free gift.

That's why i am writing you If you can do anything please do other wise i will go to a news channel.
