Delay in LPG Cylinde

Sir, with due respect, I want to submit as below:-

I booked an LPG cylinder on 28 Jan Monday with KITCHENAIDS in Kamla Nagar. However, despite of calling them numerously, I have not recd. the cylinder as yet. When I call them, they are not even picking the phones also. They assured me that it will be delivered by Wednesday but it is Saturday now and I have a small kid who is suffering the most with this hit of the agency of yours. I don't know why are they not answering the calls even. But I am really frustrated now... So please do something.

Please do something as they talk very rudely if by chance they pick the calls.
