Too delay in delivery of pan card by courier service

Dear Sir,

I am writing myself Zamanat Ali Mohammed Ali Shaikh my coupon No. 025486698 i got pan no. BUJPS3880A my pan card courier despatched on dt. 29/03 by A-1 channel courier but i am not recieved still now.

kindly give me the despatched ID of the courier in my mail ID ali_117@rediffmail.com and please check it exactly where is it.

I also request you to don't sent the couriers by A-1 Channel courier specially of kurla area. Kindly note down this seriously.
