Misplacement of parcel

I have send a parcel through Speed Post of Govt. of India's Postal Service Department, containing 2 nos. Scoobee day school bags to Mr. Benny R, 47-A, Pocket A3, Noida, UP, Pin-201 301 vide Receipt No. RPB72 dated 03.09.2009.
The parcel was received by Mr. Benny on 12.09.2009 and on opening the parcel it was found that the parcel contains only some dress materials used by Priests (Loha) and some old books instead of scoobee day bags.
Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the above matter and arrange to deliver the original parcel (2 Scoobee day Bags) send by me to the addressee.
