Sole of sandal coming off

Hi,

Myself Suresh Patel.

I purchased sandal of Kito company (at Rs.400) from footware shop named "MATRO" at vapi, which is situated in main market, near over bridge. After purchasing the sandal, within 5-7 days, the sole came off from the front side of sandal. I brought the sandal to the same shop and asked them to solve my problem completely or give my money back. But they told me returning of money is not possible. So I agreed for mending the sandal. One of the persons from the shop stuck the sandal with some kind of adhesive and gave me and told me guaranteedely that this time you will not be unhappy with this solution. But again after hardly a week, the same story. So please help me regarding to this problem.

I am having bill of the sandal. I have purchased it on 13th july.
