Disconnection of outgoing calls

We have taken this no on 2nd Aug 09 from vodafone store on the name of Ms. Archana Jadhav. they assuare us that the scheme which we selected is intercalling free but still its not updated on our sim & we got the sms that we have to submit the document but we already have submited the documents on 2nd Aug 09 & after getting sms also i visted to the store & i shown them the sms they told dont worry if you get any call from vodafone you say you check in the accounts & now they stop my outgoing call i am suffering my work bcoz of VODAFONE SERVICE & this the very bad experience for the customer.
