Poor response & supply of cylinde

Sir, we where the customer of bharat gas with the agency k.j.gas agency which has main branch in poonamallee & sub branch in sriperambathur. we where been living in between sriperambathur & kanchipuram, here we are facing problem by collecting of refilling cylider.

once we book the cylinder we have to make the phone call in many cases receiver will kept down, then we get when the load will be comming, accordingly we have reschedule our duty & get the token in the morning around 10 "0" clock after getting token in the evenning only load will come then we have to plan to collect the cylinder by self only.

the cylinder will be delivered in sriperambethur only it will come around 3pm, or 4pm or some times after 6pm till that we have to wait for the cylinder in que

since we are working in private company this is not possible for each & every time so we please request to appoint some other distributor in between sriperambathur & kanchipuram which will

be very grate ful to us
