Delay in LPG gas delivery

I am Edward and my customer number is 67916.

We have register our connection with KK Indane Enterprise. Our cylinders come from Iblur office. We have booked for refill on 26th Aug till today we have not received the refill. Whenever we call the KK Indane Enterprise office they inform that the cylinder will be delivered today, but we have not received it so far.

Since we are having single cylinder connection, it is extremely difficult to manage these delay in delivery.

Kindly guide us to resolve this issue
