Salary and Experience certificate

I worked for a very small software company, Kleward consulting private limited, Noida for around 1 year. In my last month of service (May), company's director told me to stop working on project and I was relieved from my services. But Company neither gave me salary not gave me mine experience letter. Every time I sent a mail to company so called director, he was making one or another excuse saying he will transfer it next month. But so far no salary no experience letter. When I called him and inquired about my salary, he unnecessarily started shouting and said he won't transfer my salary.

I have proof of everything that I worked on in May. Please let me know how can I get my salary and experience letter.

I'll also like to add that no one should join this company because you never know when this company will stop your salary and its so called director doesn't have basic sense to talk.
