Dear sirs, It is really amazing that despite my complaints lodged via email with you in the prescribed form for a minor problem have gone unheeded. I have been asking for some help regarding the removal of this minor glowing problem, yet these haven't moved anybody's head. The laptop is under gloabl warranty and as per norms my complaint should have been attended to with due courtesy. I am shocked at this shocking revelation.
Now kindly inform whose door should I knock for the removal of this minor problem. Or at least acknowledge the complaint. I have given the necessary information in my earlier complaints lodged with you on 27th May, 1st, 3rd, 6th June, 09.
