Overcharged and lazy employees

I bought 4 pairs of underwear - three stated 4/$15 and one was 5/$15 - or 4.99 each. I got four pair and was charged 4.99 for each pair - no discount. I asked before she ran them up and she said they would be 15 total - but ran them up incorrectly - then I was told to go to "customer service" which had NINE people waiting in line - after 15 min I just left!!! - employee - Danielle

Also - before that fiasco - wanted some bullets - the employee said he would be right with me - and disapeared for twenty minutes when I finally found someone to help me - two employees just walked by me and wouldnt even reply to me!!
