Not giving my refundable money after commitment also

I went for an interview in KMt International which is a consultancy firm. he selected me for a computer hardware job for 10000/- month. He took 5000/- rupees as a security fee which is refundable. i have its recipt also. he gave me so many dates for joining day by day. but i didnt get job. before it i was doing any another job. and i left it for new job. but i didnt get any responce. i refused for job and asked for money back. he said ok..
