NO RESPONCE NEITHER FROM THE COMPANY NOR THE PF OFFICE

Dear Sir,

Iam Manimekalai. S, I was working for an MNC (Knowledgeworks Global Limited) for the period 13/03 to 31/03. I have to quit my job few months after the birth of my first son as there was no one to take care of my son. When i approached my office for my PF claim the company refuse to process, as i left the company without completing my notice period.

After ten months, based on the advice of my collique, i applied for provident fund directly in chennai PF office with the attestation of my bank manager in the forum on (May 18th).

After two months later i requested for the status in the PF office, they said they have sent to the company for attestation and asked me to chk with the company. I went to the company to chk the status but again no response and they denied by saying they haven't received the forum.

When i again went to the PF office, the front office executive asked me to chk with section seven staff in fourth floor. And when i requeste your staff for the status he was so argunt in answering and he completely denied that i cant make claim directly in your PF office and it can be made only through the company.

Kindly look up to this matter, as iam in the need of my PF, Here below i list my details of my claim.
