NONE ACTIVATION OF SBI ON LINE FACILITY AND MOBILE MESSAGING FACILITY

Dear Sir,

Ihave an NRE.SB.A/C (No. 30... 64) with SBI Mukkom branch. During my visit in June I had registered personnaly at Mukkom branch for on line facilty and for mobile feed back messaging facility and for its activation, on behalf of the brach mananger. He personnaly gave me the tempoarary PASSWORD and User Id and asked to check after two days. When i tried i am un able to acces sbi on line until now. Also not recieving any messages to my mobile on debiting or crediting on any amount. Even though while sending money i am requesting them to give me a feed back of reciept of the same, but no use. Hence there is no mean to contact them for confirmation of the reciept of the money send to my a/c via bank to bank transfer.

Hence i humbly requesting you to acivate my online password as well as mobile messaging. Other wise until it is activated i am forced to stop transferring ttransactions.
