Cheating by India Today Book Clu

On call on my mobile on 18.08.09, I purchased kodak camera from India Book Club on 18.08.09 at a price of Rs. 5, 748 vide order no OGB090000773. I was assured that I will get free gifts of voucher for a couple to stay at 3 star resort for 2 nights and 3 days, alongwith food facilities. I will also get free air tickets to travel to and fro anywhere in India.

Now, almost 3 months are over, up to today, I have received noneof free gifts. I hv made complain to India Today Club two dozen times on their emil. Except a polite reply of regret, I receive no response. Hundreds of other people are having same complaint. Today India Book should be prosecuted, if there is anything like law in this country for cheating the people.

Can I get reply fron Indian Consumer Complaint Foum for the action taken against this co.? I am possessing all the documents/correspondence with me, if required.
