Respected Sir/Madam,
Sub: Faulty Reel in KODAK GOLD 200 FILM (36 EXP).
I recently purchased a KODAK GOLD 200 FILM (36 EXP) from
Ameerpet, Hyderabad, India. I have loaded the film
successfully with 2 Kodak Xtralife Batteries which were
given free along with the film. Say, after clicking 10-15
photographs on my Yaschica (Automatic Camera) the reel
suddenly went back with the rewinding sound. I was shocked
to know that the film was fully winded to its normal position.
Sir/Madam, this is not the first time which has happened
with your KODAK 200 FILM. This is the second time which i am
facing this problem, the earlier one was also rewinded after
loading and taking 5-6 snaps in a different camera. This
happened in Nov.
Sir/Madam, I have lost my precious money and more
importantantly the important occasions to take photographs
with my family members. I believed KODAK, but KODAK FILM
spoiled my belief.
This is really ridiculous. I dont know why KODAK INDIA is
supplying faulty FILMS for the people. You can as well
provide quality films for the price you are charging. I am
afraid you are providing duplicate & cheap film to be sold
in the indian market. Earlier I used to buy FUJI film, but
I never had any problems.
I am sending the particulars of the KODAK FILM which i
purchased last week. Kindly do the needful as i lost my
money and as well the film after purchasing your product.
