Non allotment of plot of land even after final payment made 10 yrs back

My father Shri Sabinoy Roy (Earlier address: 21/B, Rajendra lala Street, Kolkata 700006) had been alloted a plot of land in Kolkata by KMDA. SURAD project (Plot no: FB129) near EM bypass.

The final amount was paid to KMDA 10 years back, as per the final notification and all papers submitted to KMDA office.

KMDA was subsequently requested to execute the land lease deed and hand over the plot in several correspondences but they have not acted till date.

We had visited KMDA, Salt lake office several times in last 10 years but the officials refused to provide any information.

It appears that all the officials in this dept. are involved in big land scam and having nexus with promoters/land developers of this area and cheating innocent senior citizens like my father.

Thought of highlighting this with an expectation of having legal justice.
