Didnt deliver my order, but the money is debited from account

Hi,

My name is Avishek Saha. I placed an online order at kolkataonlineflorists.com on 13.02.08 to deliver a bouqiet, cake, ballons to a specified address on 14th february.

For this they charged Rs. 1665 and I paid it by my credit card.

Stil today the ordered flower and cake is not reached to the specified address, but the amount is being debited form my credit card account.

I got the customer care number from its wensite (www.kokataonlineflorists.com), i.e. 9830067282,

whenever i tried to contactwith this number, the mobile is swicth off.

Even I cannot able to lunch a complian from thier website with my user id and password. but i can see the status of the order with the same user id and password.

Can you please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
