My number is 033-23671123.Disconnection of internet connection has always been a problem. At times It doesnt get connected the whole day with the error message that remote computer is unavailable. Since last 5 days the disonnection has been so frequent that it is difficult navigate from 1 link to another in a website.

The modem lights for power, link and PC/USb are on but still it doesnt get connected. Even If it gets connected then one cant even open a google.com page com. The packets received doesnt change that suggests that inspite of being connected there is no data transfer. It has already taken 2 hrs for me to reach this page and this is my third attempt to submit.

Being heavily dependant on internet usage for many critical work, this poor service has caused a loss of time and frustration. My complaint number is 26357
