Selling expiry cool drinks

Sir.. as iam S.Hackeekath who is working for U.S. Military people in afghanisthan now i came for vacation to home in chennai on 7th ocotober i went to near by sweet stall to get a cool drinks for home members i asked for 1ltr they said they dont have then i got 500ml 4pcs from the sweet stall and came back to my home. All my brother had the cool drinks after some time later one of brother got a severe head ache and stomach pain and another brother stomach pain then i realised and checked the manufacture date in cool drinks its already expried 3 months before i really shocked and run to the sweet stall but it closed. Sir i need to take action of these stalls who all selling the expired foods for people those who are trust them. thanking you
