SERVICE NOT PROPERLY

Hi,

We are facing problem with service, our CUST CODE no 7668, who is delivering person is not supplying in time and also not giving proper response if we call, moreover complaint given to call centre of SRIKAA AQUA MINERAL PVT LTD, Ameerpet, HYD ph no 040-23756343, who has received call Mrs. Manjula also not giving proper response,

and she is not giving her superior phone no, by demand she given no which is not working no and diverting customer compliant with very poor response and with internal problems,

Moreover she is suggesting to us for changing of supplier, then our management will wait couple of day for taking decision if will not solve the problem,

We have lot of good will on KINLEY Water Company, but like this issue are giving damage to your company,
