Hi I am Zainab Ikrami, located at thane district 1 of the frequent visitor of korum mall, i and my friend regularly come at korum CCD, we have are membership at ENVI, shop from westside have a memebership there too, shop daily products from apna bazaar and watch movies at INOX, but yersterday we had come to korum mall to watch movie, there 1 staff from security misbehaved with us and was really rude to us, her name is BALJEET, This is the way how you treat to your customers, this is how your mall is 1 best mall. i want you to take some action on your staff and explain how inportant is your customer to you.
