Koryo washing machine
No service in warranty

I had purchased a Koryo 2 kg washing machine from Big Bazaar in October. The machine stopped functioning in February. I have been following up with the customer service people, company reps and the service centre, all to no avail. There is a capacitor problem which they are refusing to fix on the plea that spares are not available. Customer service is not even taking calls now (they either do not pick up or disconnect). Please help!
