Okerage rate, wron listing of stock rates

Dear sir,

Righ tfrom begining im having problems with this company:-

1. Dealy in providing dmat kit... that i got many days later after lots of correspondence.

2. If you dont check vigilently they are deducting higher brockerages (2% inplace of .2%)

3. I sold a share for about Rs 280/- they record it 285/- (In one of their record they show 280 while in other 285 for same share) and instead of recordin my profit they are showing loss.

4. Every month kotak bank of alld branch is deducting money from my a/c with out my knowledge for demat services... rediculous

These things happened in only less than a month of trading with kotak securities. All these gives their customers plentiful of mental stress
