Hello...

i am dr narinder & i am a regular customer of brand kouton's product, and this is obvious that i belive in ur product s and their materials...

but this was shocking incidence in my time as for your product is concerned, about which i am going to tell...

two season before i purchaged two jackets from kouton showroom, in the ambala cantt, haryana, in the end of season, and belive me that hardly for a month or two, i could wear those jackets and in the next season one of the jacket... which is skinnish light brown colored, velvetty stuff, on the slieve of which a tag written with K.J.W 91 (rs 800/-only), got damaged, as the skin peels off from surface, aven after single washing, and after good care...

then i complained personally to the owner of the showroom from whom i purchaged those two jackets... but at that time i couldn't preserved ur bill slip of those products (because i never think of that this cud happen with ur product, all due to my thorough belive in ur brand products), so the owner refused to replace it...

is that only bill that matter, what about our faith in ur brand & products?

in fact from that incidence onward i never felt lik even goig to showrooms of koutons...
