Worst service

Dear Sir,

I feel very sad to let you know tht your company has a pathetic customer service i am a regular customer of koutons, Nagpur and i had visited your store recently in ravinagar outlet near pantaloon showroom n i was illtreated by the owner/ reception desk employee. he has abused me n misbehaved with me i had purchased some formal shirts n pants from your store n i did not recieve any bill for the purchase of the clothes n had given my pant for alterations n the slip was missing so meanwhile when i asked my family member to get the slip... he started misbehaving and abusing me... i just wanted to know is this the way you treat your customers... your company logo says THE WAY AHEAD ALWAYS... i feel if this is the way you r going to treat your customers... u will be alwayz lagging behind... because at the end of the day customer satisfaction matters the most in this competetive world... i dont know the name of the official but he was the owner or the franchisee of the shop but i would request you to take an immideate action against him because today or tommorrow he will ruin your company's reputation, goodwill for sure... i hope you will take this as a serious issue n take neccessay action...
