Discourteous staff

I had visited the Koutons outlet at Shipra Mall, Indirapuram on 23rd Nov the staff at the outlet was the most discourteous & had no clue about their own products... to my utter surprise the guy sitting at the cash counter instructed the salesman to fetch water for some of his friend who had come to meet him, the salesman vanished when I was trying the suit and never bothered to come back to me even after 10 mins... on being asked about the feedback book I was given a very rude response... I liked the suit a lot but was compelled to buy a different one from the nearby Peter England outlet which had a much more courteous & receptive staff... I might not be important for Koutons as a customer.
