They taking money but not given service

Sir,

i am joydeep sen i buy a paint from satgachi branch of koutons. That paints was unfinished and they told me that they have the alter facility and i pay extra for that but after the alteration they made that paint rediculas and i cant ware that paint any more.when i going to made a complain they did not attend me. My question is when they are selling a unfinished product they should take the resposibility to gave us a proper finish but they charge extra and they are not hired any professional person for that. So now i paid money just for nothing and that is not my fault i feel they just cheat me.

so please advise me what should i do or please take care of this matter.
