Cheating the public

Kovai dreams gave advertisiment to the public that they offer free recharge to the mobile, if they join the kovai dreams group. They gave many application forms for filling the individuals address and also they charged Rs 200. They said you will recieve many advertisement messages in your mobile and for each message, we will credit money in your mobile at the end of the month. Many students and other volunteers joined the group but no messages was received and no money was credited. Sir this is definitely a cheating and u should take severe actions about this complaint
