Dear Sir,

Reference to our Dok. No. 142555394 which was moved on 11/10 from K.P.Manish Global Ingredients Pvt. Ltd., Chennai for our Delhi Branch Office. We really have been fed up with your Darya Ganj Frenchisees. On 13/10, we telecon. with Mr. Kamal, he said that the parcel is with them and also assured us that same will be delivered till 3.30 P.M. Now the time is 6.05 P.M. we are still awaiting for the same. Now they are saying, the parcel will be deliver tommorrow, after asking the reason they replied it is their wish

We humbly request you to please understand the sensivity of the matter and take strict action against your Darya Ganj Frenchisees, because this is occuring for 4th time
