EPF Scheme Certificate

Dear Sirs,

I have written a letter to the Regional Provident Commissioner on 15 June requesting to know the status on my EPF scheme certificate application submitted on 11 March and subsequently re-submitted on 21 July through Rights Information Act.

I have not received any communication from the Commissioner's office till date and it is more than three weeks and please look into the matter and let me know the status for obtaining the scheme certificate.

I have enclosed the relevant acknowledgement copies, and the Form 10-C copies along with the PF statements received by me during my tenure with ALIT (Ashok Leyland Information Technology Limited from 1995 to 2001.
