Not stoped in proper place

I travelled kpn bus from chennai to tiruppur by family on 21st Feb and 23rd Feb return also, on the way the in mid night the bus is non stop running, even i told to driver to go for urinary, he stopped after one hour and it is about 0200 hrs mid night and it is near some shop, and there is no facility for urinary for ladies. this is happening everytime. the drivers are not listenting the passengers need. now a days the huzzle is incresed. while return back they didnot stopped the bus any where. kindly look through it and rectify the problems.
