Refund of Advance Deposit

Dear Sir,

We are a Singapore based MNC named Kruger Ventilation Industries (I) Pvt. Ltd. We are having our Head Office at Atgaon (MH) and are also

Having a Plant at Faridabad.

We would like to register a serious complaint.

We were your customer from 10.01.08 with your dealer DELHI AUTOMOBILES LTD. 12/5, Milestone, Mathura Road, Faridabad. We had deposited an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand Only) as security, and we were making the payments through cheque as per billing of Diesel Purchase.

Unfortunately in the month of June, suddenly the petrol pump got closed. And the dealer replied that soon it would get re-open and our account transaction would continue as before.

We kept on visiting the pump on every alternate day,

But after a long months neither we got the Diesel or not any security refund.

The contact persons over there Mr. Bhudev Chahuan & Mr. Ved Raj were never available nor anyone was ready to give any details of the owner.

We also tries to visit the registered H.O.&-

Delhi Automobiles Ltd.at 3/15A, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi but all our efforts were in vain.

Now the pump issued to another dealer in the name of Narain Service Station who does not know anything on the issue.

We are complelety helpless in this matter.

Thus, yours being a esteemed orgainsation, we request your kind intervention on the issue and help us to retrieve our payment.
